BY SELECTING BELOW, I AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ASSOCIATION OF SOLAR CONTRACTOR (ASC) CODE OF ETHICS AND MISSION AND APPLY TO BECOME A MEMBER. I UNDERSTAND THERE IS A MEMBERSHIP APPROVAL PROCESS AND TO BE A MEMBER I MUST MEET CERTAIN CRITERIA. I also consent to receive ongoing communication from the ASC via telephone, fax, email and/or mail. I further give consent that my name, company name, company address, company phone number and company fax can be published in ASC documents such as publications, directories, and association websites and distributed to other members and consumers when requested.
